COMPANY BACKGROUND

Launched in 2002, hireVision introduced the concept of Hiring Management to Northeastern PA. We found a real need in many small and mid-sized companies for experienced, effective HR professionals to sit on their side of the desk during the hiring process in a way that the HR departments of large corporations do, but recruiters simply cannot. We created an innovative, highly-effective and incredibly affordable approach that focuses on your company culture and overall business model so that we could fine-tune the hiring process for optimal success. We noticed in that very first year that as we were helping companies hire great people, there were still needs within our clients’ businesses for employee retention and structure assistance. We seized upon our start-up energy and immediately added employee retention services, such as live employee surveys and custom-created job descriptions and employee handbooks, in order to add a comprehensive path to success for new hires and current staff members.

Over the next seven years our company grew to provide even more custom and comprehensive HR services while, at the same time, solidifying our reputation as a progressive hiring management company. Circa 2007, we started to receive the demand for a fuller, more hands-on service, and we saw the need for help with managing employee relations specifically as a means to help these companies grow. No one was doing it. No one was managing employee relations out in the field, where our clients needed to build stronger, better relations with their talent. No one was providing this type of assistance, alone or along with either partial or full rated HR Administration services. So for 18 months we worked on what is now HR DirectLink, which we rolled out in mid 2008. We are extremely proud of this, our unique, customized, deeply integrated HR service that can actually become your complete HR department if your company needs it.
