Tina Hamilton, PHR
PRESIDENT/CEO HIREVISION

tina-web-croppedTina Hamilton’s innovative human resources journey began in Tampa Florida in the mid 1980s at a Fortune 500 international staffing service. By the early 1990′s, she relocated to Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and was running Interim Services, one of the Lehigh Valley’s most respected staffing services. Specializing in permanent job placement and offering a unique, focused methodology, the company consistently notched double-digit yearly growth with Tina as General Manager. She then purchased the regional franchise in 1997. Four years later, after a name change to Spherion Staffing Services, Tina sold back her franchise through a lucrative corporate merger that gave her the capital to launch hireVision Group, Inc., in 2002.

The first company in Northeast PA region to provide hiring management services, hireVision is an outsourced partner to small and mid-sized businesses whose growth hinges on hiring and retaining quality employees. Since it’s start in 2002, hireVision has grown to help redefine HR for small and mid-sized businesses nationwide. The company is continuously improving and expanding its HR offerings under the helm of Tina, who is a Certified Extended Disc Administrator through Extended Disc North America and holds a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) through the National Society of Human Resources (SHRM) at Muhlenberg College.

As an innovative HR entrepreneur, Tina has also established herself as an accomplished writer and speaker. Her monthly column “HR Report” appears in the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal and she is continuously quoted in many national magazines and newspapers. Her speaking engagements and seminars have enlightened audiences from a wide variety of professional and student groups, including iCIMS webinar attendees, the Pennsylvania Medical Group Management Association, the Arbor Academy of Risk Management, the Manufacturers Resource Center and numerous panels and forums at Lehigh University, Muhlenberg College, Cedar Crest College and Careerlink Academy.

As a Pennsylvania business leader, Tina is involved and gives her time and expertise to many organizations. She is a very active member of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, currently serving on the Board of Governors. Previous to this, Tina has served the Chamber in numerous capacities, including: board member of the Executives Women’s Council, director on its Small Business Council, chairperson for the Masterminds Committee, and member of the Marketing Committee. Tina is also a member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) , Women’s Entrepreneurs of Lehigh Valley and the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation.
