DL2 TOTAL SUPPORT
We support you at the Employer level (all of DL1 service above) PLUS we handle Employee issues directly so you don’t have to. HR DirectLink is deeply incorporated into your culture and becomes your Employees’ point of contact for issues regarding:
- Questions and Support for Payroll and Benefits
- Employee Relations
- Policies and Procedures
DL3 –TOTAL SUPPORT PLUS ADMINISTRATION
With DL3 we do more than just support you. You get DL2 level of support PLUS, partnered with your outside resources, we actually perform the functions of benefits administration and payroll processing for you.
