Hamilton started as a business owner in the 1990’s when she ran one of the Lehigh Valley’s most respected staffing services, Interim Services, which specialized in permanent job placement. After notching consistent double-digit yearly growth as general manager, she was offered an opportunity to purchase the regional franchise in July 1997. Four years later, after a name change to Spherion Staffing Services and a corporate merger, Hamilton sold back her franchise, giving her the capital to launch hireVision.
In 2002, she leveraged her vast knowledge and energetic, entrepreneurial spirit and founded InterSource Personnel Analytics(now hireVision). Hamilton launched hireVision as an outsourced partner to small and midsize businesses whose growth hinges on hiring and retaining quality employees. hireVision was the region’s first company to provide hiring management services and has since grown to help redefine HR for small and midsized businesses nationwide.
The staff of hireVision has grown to nine team members with significant growth expected in 2008. Hamilton’s company is the largest HR firm in the Lehigh Valley and serves clients across the United States. Hamilton’s focus for the future is the roll-out of the company’s new HR DirectLink and Integrated HR Services and focus on national expansion.
